My experiences here seem to be similar to the other negative reviews here. Ultimately, lack of experience, lack of customer service and poor duty of care has resulted in me not ever trying to come back here to source any auto parts. A simple request to see if they had any generic parts in stock that looked like an o-ring I was trying to replace always ended up in a blank stare and a reply with "What's the part number" or "What's it from" with the end result from the prompt monkeys being "Computer says I can't help you". Awesome customer service. Even organised a mechanic to do the repairs during the Christmas period.
Not a great experience. Staff did not have much experience. Nor did they seem interested to provide much customer service.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE TEAM AT BURSON AUTO PARTS NOWRA, ALL WAYS GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP MY TEAM
The worst auto parts store ever. There's no prices on anything, and when I was approached by a staff member to ask if I needed help, I got a weird I'm "suspicious" vibe. I won't ever step back into a store that makes you feel uncomfortable like a damn fool
