Had a pleasant experience with Burson Gateshead. Grant served me and soursed the correct parts and as promised were available for pickup the next day. I was so impressed by his knowledge and his work efficks . I was planning to bring coffee and cake for the staff there but he said it was against company policy . Talked to his boss Mick who said that he knows Grant always ensures right part leaves with customer. Well done Bursons

Huge thank you to Nick at Burson Gateshead! Just before closing time, I came back to my car in the complex and found my battery had died. I was feeling pretty overwhelmed, but Nick came out in the rain, cleaned the connectors, checked the battery, and helped me replace it on the spot. Absolute lifesaver. My husband and I came in Burson’s looking for some spare parts for our car and I have to share the excellent service we received. The man behind the counter named Grant was so polite and helpful and explained what we needed and provided us with all the parts on our list. It was so nice to be served in such a friendly way.
