Huge thank you to Nick at Burson Gateshead! Just before closing time, I came back to my car in the complex and found my battery had died. I was feeling pretty overwhelmed, but Nick came out in the rain, cleaned the connectors, checked the battery, and helped me replace it on the spot. Absolute lifesaver. My husband and I came in Burson’s looking for some spare parts for our car and I have to share the excellent service we received. The man behind the counter named Grant was so polite and helpful and explained what we needed and provided us with all the parts on our list. It was so nice to be served in such a friendly way. Will definitely be coming back to this store and highly recommend. Thank you Grant for your great service.
Pretty slow service, but had the parts in the end and good prices.
Get my deliveries through Burson and gotta say that Grant fella would make an extraordinary rep! His attention to detail is second to none! I'd buy off him that's for sure.
