I've spent thousands there over the years but was treated like an idiot when returning a $10 Hot Devil lighter that developed a fault after 3 weeks. I'm no idiot and was told never to come back. Staff over the years have been fantastic but the 2 new faces I seen today shouldn't be in customer service. Very rude and no tact. There are other parts outlets in Nambour and surrounding areas without needing to go back, so I wont be ever again.
