As a trade customer I'm quite disappointed. The level of service has dropped significantly since the new manager started. Continuing to see issues with parts not being supplied in a timely manner, parts not being ordered when asked, parts being double booked. Having to chase up credits days after them being returned due to incorrect listings on Ezyparts or deciding to source them from other suppliers after waiting for to long for delivery.
Good service, excellent range. Worth going in there. Worth going there.
No idea at counter sales. Not helpful trying to sell me a washer when I want an oring
Great staff. Especially the boys that came from motor spares
