Went in to buy some wiper blades and told the "salesperson" what car it was off. He couldn't tell me as he said there are 2 sizes in stock. I told him it is for a stock standard model, but still had no idea and couldn't assist me. I got out the store, Googled it and it told me instantly. Then went to the opposition who sold me the parts with no questions asked!! Might help to train your staff to assist the customer, rather than tell them "I don't know".
