I had an exceptional experience at Burson's after going to the spare parts department at my local car dealership where I was made to feel as though I had no idea what I was talking about and then sold the wrong product. I went down to Burson's and the staff went out of their way to find the right product for me (they even hunted around for the product when it wasn't on the shelf where it was meant to be!)
