Some NT staff are rude, ignorant and lazy and obviously the result of poor training, management and supervision. Stores are often closed and stock range and levels on common parts appalling and usually overpriced. Stacking shelves or operating a till at a servo would be better but probably too challenging. This is for you Connor.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Special thanks to Dan and Lee for their help today.
Rude and arrogant staff member
Asked for help with something and the guy didn't want to help me at all. The other staff member apologies for his rude behaviour and was very helpful.
Poor customer service and overpriced. Better off driving into town.
