Rarely need auto parts driving a Corolla, but when I do, staff are friendly and informative, wide variety of parts...(even a 2005 Toyota!!)
Good service had heaps of filters and great price head lights.
On the Australia Day long weekend we had an alternator malfunction on our way to Camperdown from Melbourne! I was able to limp into Camperdown as the Navara was going into limp mode, but with the help and expert knowledge of the team that was working that Saturday and I really appreciate the help in getting the right parts and bonus they had the parts on the shelf, A few photos shared of what we were sourcing and the interpreter on that morning ( apologies in forgetting his name ) he nailed it well done ! Burst a top water hose in friends car . Were in Colac and had no spare , so checking other places and no success Ben at Bursons gave us a couple of options but after trying had said we could order one and would arrive in the morning … Can’t thank Ben enough for the customer service you wouldn’t get that anywhere else now a days ,and so customer friendly that we were able to continue on our way .
