Poor customer service :(
First purchase from Burson. I had a mix of an experience. Firstly they gave me a starter motor which was used & scratches around and connector was burnt :( The staff should have checked the box, I relied on their expertise. I had to take a second trip and they changed it with brand new box. I can give them a benefit of doubt but would be hesitant to go there in future.
Always go to Bursons for my parts but first time in the Coburg shop. Saw Evan who was a legend and looked after me
