Terrible customer service here. It amazes me how businesses like this survive . I was the only customer in the shop, 3 guys behind the service desk, 1 on the phone ( who did manage a couple of glances ) , 2 on computers. 1 lady whom, i assume is the parts delivery driver, walking up and down talking. I'm left standing there feeling like the village idiot. No sort of acknowledgement, effort to make eye contact, nothing. I honestly don't mind waiting, if i can see service staff are genuinely under the pump, but this is ridicul... read more
New staff now...all new faces.... I dealt with the old staff for years.. feels different now
The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They remembered me after just 2 visits and were so quick with finding the parts I needed, as well as giving me amazing prices for them. The knowledge and prices are unmatched. Easily the best auto store I've been to.
Very poor customer service, I went in to purchase a number of items, both sales guys we're on the phone, which was all good. I went looking for the items I needed and couldn't find them. So I waited at the counter and waited. After 5 mins I made it known I needed. I waited for another 5 mins, one of the sales guys finishes the call, hangs up, the phone rings again , and he answered while I was there standing waiting for help .
