Went in to buy a tub of grease. Bloke at the counter was on the phone. Usualy bursons people are pretty good. Scan the item while still on the phone, i swipe my card, they give me the receipt. This bloke flat out ignores me for 10 minutes. I ask him if there is anyone else to serve me? "No". I ask how long do you think you will be? " couldnt tell you". This guy would rather spend all day on the phone to try and find a part number for a $5 starter relay instead of the 20 seconds it takes to sell me $30 of grease. Pathetic.
