Called to see if they had the part I needed, they did. That's where the good service stopped. Quoted me rrp, asked about trade (being a small business) no worries. Went into collect, charged me more than rrp. Questioned the price after paying and asked if it was trade, they said it was. Showed them repco's online price and they matched that. Not trade price at all. Unfortunately was pushed for time or would of gone else where. But will be from now on...
