Very friendly and helpful customer service.
Just got off the phone with Silvia. And what can I say, best customer service I have ever had with someone over the phone. I asked for alternatives, advice, what he’d recommend and he had a definitive answer for everything. I wasn’t even expecting for them to have this part, but came out of it with heaps of knowledge and the part at a reasonable price. Thanks heaps Silvia. Jet
Declan at the Burleigh site went above and beyond to help me find the right part in the right timeframe. Professional & highly knowledgeable!
The staff member Raf has now been very helpful on the phone helping me with information and genuinely looking for the best solution for me and I was really grateful for his service via the phone and quickness when helping me.
