I accidentally purchased a cabin air filter instead of an engine air filter. I realized my mistake and returned to the counter within two minutes. The staff exchanged it for an engine air filter but charged me the same price, even though the engine air filter is significantly cheaper. I only found out later that the correct air filter normally sells for about half the price. I was disappointed that the price difference was not refunded or even mentioned during the exchange. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Helped me find the power steering fluid and got the last remaining bottle for me from the delivery that had just arrived.
