Front staff at this medical center is very rude . We called them today 4,5 times it was emergency and she put the call on hold after 6,7 call she take the call. She was very rude even she doesn’t listen us straightway she told that there is no doctor available . We told her we don’t need any appointment . She was doing raisism, because of her behaviour we told her we will put review and she said okay put the review and then she hang-up the call ..
The receptionist, Jane, is absolutely wonderful. She is always welcoming, friendly, and professional. No matter how busy it gets, she stays calm and handles everything with a smile.
