Worst experience ever with Dr. Inoka The worst doctor we have ever had is Dr. Inoka. She is extremely rude and not professional at all. She books too many patients and clearly can’t handle them, rushing through appointments without any care. We took our kids today to have their ear wax cleaned out. She clearly didn’t want to do it because it required a bit of time and effort. She was very harsh with my son during the procedure — so much that he started crying. One of the worse medical practices I even come across in Australia. My wife’s appointment was at 12:20pm. Around 13:50pm we are still waiting to see Dr May Dannis and we still had 2 ppl ahead of us. They have online tracker where it show how long is the wait and how many ppl before you. When checked online tracker it showed that Dr already attended my wife around 1pm with is completely lie. Very poor management indeed.
Dr. Singh has been my trusted medical doctor for many years, and I continue to visit him regularly. He is incredibly thorough, compassionate, and treats me like family. I feel truly fortunate to be part of their care and community.
Burslem Medical is a slow boat to China , expect to wait up to 1-2hrs plus before being seen by Dr, no apology is offered or discount is offered for making you wait. Patients arrive well after you arrive but are seen before you. I suggest to find a more efficient medical centre that respects your time.
