Dr Kanwal is a very good Doctor & a good person
A telehealth appointment was made here for 9.10am. Two hours later and still no phone call!! Just get fobbed off by the receptionist. Patients expect the respect that the doctors expect, but we don't get it. It is now 3 hours later and still no phone call!!!!!! All the receptionist says is you on the list docter will call you when he's ready!! How ridiculous. If an emergency had happened I could understand it, but it hasn't!!!!!!!!!!
Some of the staffs are very nice but one of the staff was so rude, they treat like they are talking to a slave. I haven’t seen a person at customer service desk talking like this ever in any organization. It was particularly on 25.07.25
