Frank has been my tax professional for about 15 years. His unparalleled knowledge of the tax code and common sense approach has served me well over the years. Frank also knows the 'personal' aspect of the IRS. By that I mean he understands auditors and how they think. That is a skill that cannot be learned in a class/book. I do not know if Sterling Tax Solutions is accepting new clients. If they are, jump at the chance!
