If I could give no stars I would. I have been dealing with this firm for over a decade. They are shady at best and have very unethical business practices. I am about to file a complaint with the AZ Bar Association. They rejected settlements, they tried to hide payments and they keep trying to assess interest on a paid off account that they won't file the proper paperwork with the court to release the Judgement. I keep trying to offer Midland Credit Management a payment but once they found out they can use Bursey and Associates to go after my income and my rent money, they keep refusing my payment. I keep begging them to work with me but when they got these folks to get it faster through suing us they become incredibly difficult to work with. I'm going to lose my ability to survive in this economy because of these predatory business practices.. Please just accept my small payment. Stop going after my rent money.
