I would absolutely never use Bursch travel again. Had to cancel our trip and was told we would have to wait 6-8 weeks for a refund from Delta vacations . We are now approaching 10 weeks and still no refund. This has been a complete joke! I have heard every excuse in the book! I know for a fact they have not been telling the truth, because I contacted Delta myself and was told the refund request had just been sent to them, which was 8 weeks after I cancelled the trip. booked a trip to Florida with Bursch Travel in Rapid City, SD and had to cancel due to covid and family emergencies...I was NEVER told my refund would take 60 days to get back to me and they are blaming everyone else for the delay....They have now been reported to the Better Business Bureau and this is not a large town and word is getting out on them.
