The menu is standard and we ordered simply. Food was very good. They were out of lamb shish (really? at a Turkish place?) so I ordered grilled chicken wings which were terrific. Skin had been slashed to allow more fat to render off. I had never seen this technique before but will adopt it for home grilling. Lots of smokey charcoal flavour on the meat. Great Turkish food
Having tasted many İskenders in my life, I can tell you the İskender here is delicious. They don't use tomato paste and prepare it quite authentically. Veysel bey, sıcak kanlı karşılamanız ve misafirperverliğiniz bizi olduk�a memnun etti. Yediğimiz İskender ve Şakşuka’nın tadı bir yana, muhabbetiniz de g�zeldi.
