A vehicle from this company was parked opposite my driveway. My wife asked the driver to pull up a bit to make it easier for her to back out of our driveway. The road is narrow from the snow and she isn't 100% comfortable driving our van. The driver was very aggressive, rude and condescending to my wife. It would have been so easy to have a tiny bit of courtesy, but the guy went out of his way to be a jerk.
Great overall experience. Our furnace decided to die on the coldest weekend of the year. Ryan Danny and Owen were great. Based on recommendations and the age of our furnace we decided an upgrade was the appropriate option. They were able to get out in a timely manner and complete quickly. Overall great experience! Highly recommend. Glad to have heat again !

I have recommended Burrr Heating & Air to several clients, but recently had the team install a heat pump for me (thanks Danny and Owen!) and they did a great job! Pricing was competitive and the service was amazing. The guys went above and beyond even though my preferred location of the unit had the guys crawling around in my small attic space! They were very informative and took great care while they were doing the install. Much appreciated!!
