Our experience at Mazda Vertu York was amazing! We were on a roadtrip through the UK when our front brake broke down. We have an old Mazda Demio that is easy to repair, but we weren’t able to get the parts. Ali the service manager from Mazda Vertu York did everything in her power to get us back on the road as quick as possible. They ordered the parts and after 2 days we were good to go again. They even filled up all our fluids without us asking and without charging us. Big thanks to the people working here!
Long process but very good experience overall. Peter and David were absolutely amazing. Strongly recommend the place for Mazda lovers.
Excellent service when buying used CX-30 from David, and assistance in his absence at time of delivery from Simon. Returned for follow up 10 days later with David to explain all the new features with which we were unfamiliar, and he could not have been more patient and helpful. Many thanks - better not leave it another 22 years before changing cars again, too many innovations in that time!
Vertu York were excellent as always, explaining every aspect of my service, the appointment was arranged at a good time to suit my schedule - I had also ordered new tyres up front which were fitted at the same time at a reasonable price. Thank you team Mazda!
