Had a lovely experience at the dealership dealing with David Jessop. At no point were we pressured into a sale and left to view the car at our leisure. On agreement of a sale everything was explained to us thoroughly and collection of our new car was quick - viewed on Saturday and collected on Tuesday.

Fantastic customer service! I've been back and forth with a garage for many months, bit the bullet and went to Vertu Mazda and they sorted me out immediately. My Mazda which I'd been told by the previous garage had a "sensor fault". Mazda not only cleared the fault but also gave me a service cheaper than what I'd been quoted. They have no problem communicating via phone or email. Excellent video and report of vehicle health. Very easy to use their services and understand what's been completed.
