Have been having ongoing issues with my cx30. Only 2020 plate. Issues first reported under warranty and apparently fixed. Has had to go back and forth to dealership. Issues never fixed correctly and now I’m being charged as the warranty has expired even though clearly the initial issue was never repaired. Contacted them again yesterday. This is especially for Dave and Steve - You have truly made my dream come true. For nearly 2 years I have watched hundreds of videos on the CX-60 and never in my life did i think I would have one. You guys worked hard and made that dream a reality and I'm extremely thankful for that. Thank you guys!
Absolutely spot on. They picked my car up, did the MOT and service, then dropped it off. No issues at all
Really pleased with the service I received from Virtu Mazda as I expected high prices but was surprised to find them very competitive. The customer service was excellent and the front line staff (Imogen and Nicola) are a breath of fresh air. I was considering other garages but will be back to Virtu Mazda because of how they made me feel as a customer.
Nicola is Very rude at the front desk, took my car in for a diagnostics and after 4 hours of labour costing me around £400 pounds They could not diagnose why the hybrid system is not working. It was possible could be a module or possible the wiring loom. I would definitely not recommend anyone to go to masda at Sheffield Hillsborough branch to get there car repaired
