Fantastic experience at vertu mazda sheffield, Jack and Steve were amazing giving us a great buying experience. We were told all about the cars and deals available. No messing around we were given a great deal on our car and some great offers thrown in made a great deal throughout. Highly recommended well worth a visit.
I reserved a 22 reg Ford Kuga and was dealing with Steve the Assistant Sales Manager, he rang me to say they'd had the car on a ramp it needed £1000s spent on it so he had requested my £99 reservation fee - before he even spoke to me. I smelt a rat,did some digging and was eventually told by Claire, the General Manager that Steve had sold the vehicle to someone else and it had already left the site or she would of stopped the transaction.
