I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Totally not a family environment at all. The PA that does the home visit is nice but not at all accomidating. She lets Rxs run out, doesn,t return calls or keep appointments. If you make office staff mad at you, they retaliate.

No, it took a while Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? No. I wasn't listened to at all! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No, but they said they were going to! Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Dr. Burrows was kind and thorough. However staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were met by the doctor , but the staff was rude and unprofessional. The office was easy enough to find but in disrepair and didn't even appear clean.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
