These cabinets were installed on my Pulte home. There were issues at closing but I was assured the manufacturer would take care of it. They did not even bother to call or show up. One of the sliding shelves in the cabinet in the island fell out and landed on my wife. The gaps are awful and the facing of the cabinets are crooked. I’m hoping Pulte will do something. These are supposed to be a level 3 cabinet with soft closing hardware. Most don’t work well.
This company is horrible, but unfortunately didn't have a choice as our builder used them at the time of our new home build. Fortunately for new purchasers they moved onto a better supplier. Their cabinets are very poor quality, the shelves are laminated particle board (think IKEA, Bush, Sauder, etc.) which 1/2 are already sagging, peeling and bubbling (which of course Burrows won't cover stating it's from placing wet/damp items on the shelf). I can’t give enough praise about how I was treated when I called and how my request was handled by this Company. As a homeowner for many years, I had a problem with the hinges on my Kitchen Cabinets. I tried to match the hinges but no replacements we’re exactly alike. So I searched for the Manufacturer’s, thinking I was going to get the usual run-a-around! But to my surprise the person who handled my call was so cordial and nice and then she suggested that the company would be happy to send, new hinges, at no charge. This ap... read more
