Burrows Bros was a pleasure to work with. First, they were very responsive when the initial failure occurred. We are a church and this out building was a DayCare where the waterline broke and needed to be replaced. Because of blacktop and other underground challenges we felt that this was the only cost effective way to replace. This was not an easy dig based on our underground challenges. Burrows Brothers repaired my lawn because the Utility company installed under ground lines. One of my sprinkler heads was damaged. I spotted one of their employees told him the problem. Kyle replaced the item. GREAT CUSTOMER service.
Not very impressed with this company, I would not recommend this place to work at.
