They were very helpful on the front end trying to get me to sign up. Care from the tech staff during the process was very good. There were some issues initially with their outsourced billing. Unfortunately my experience afterwards was terrible with an issue that arose. The process is “guaranteed” but I was essentially denied an appointment to address my later concern. Rude, incompetent and they do not value your money or time. After being told a month ago they could perform a procedure on me, I arrived at my appointment ten minutes before the start time. The practice had NO POWER. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, I was sat in a chair and one of the technicians told me they would be able to take care of me. 5 minutes later, a man in scrubs tells me that he will not be performing the procedure and would not give me any reason.
