Have had Burroughs service my hot water tank and furnace annually for many years. Always great service!
Requested a quote which was provided, however inquired on the cost of the actual unit being replaced (not including labour or parts) to which they refused to provide claiming it could be used against them by their competitors. I understand this aspect, however when I asked if the price of the unit would be equal to or less than what it was showing online from several vendors, they also could not confirm this and were very vague in their response. They are very professional and polite! Also ensured to clean up the work area completely making it seem like they were not even there other than the proof from their beautiful work! They were also quick and knowledgeable on how to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend to anyone asking!
