I called Mark to come check out a horse I recently purchased that had some issues. Although he was helpful from a medical perspective, he essentially ridiculed me for purchasing this horse, making me feel even worse than I already did. I brought him out for medical help, not to make me feel like an absolute idiot. His attitude was so unprofessional and I will never recommend him to anyone, especially in their time of need. We love Dr Mark. He is down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. He truly cares about our animals and us! He is always willing to give advice and happy to come out if we need him. My family members want to know if he’s coming out because it’s always such an informative and pleasant time. He is relaxed and great with all our animals.
