Reasonably priced. Cozy, feel-good store. But the best asset to this store is the store attendant (I forgot his name). He treats each customer special, chats with them at a personal level, gives suggestions, which made me feel welcomed and happy.
Amazing costumer service, great quality items, and honestly thanks guys as a fossil collector really cool fossils there.
Nicely laid out Cloudcroft shop with a fair amount of different interesting items to peruse. I took my time browsing and ended up leaving with a dream catcher and a pretty cool little (verified authentic) Native American wood-carved+painted totem. Prices seemed reasonable / on par with other tourist/souvenir shops, and checkout was friendly and seamless. Certainly well worth checking out / making time for anyone visiting the Burro Street Exchange.
