We called to make an appointment for our dryer and was so pleased that they can come come same day or tomorrow. Who does that? So appreciative of the quick response. I will write an additional review post his appointment. I am certain it too will receive 5 stars! Rebecca

I stopped into their shop and made an appointment. The tech. showed up on time and was very knowledgeable,even taught me a couple things. Recommend them highly. Thank you for your help Burritt's

If I could leave a ZERO star review I would. This place has ZERO customer service. I purchased a Frigidaire appliance for an apartment that broke a few days after delivery. I called Frigidaire for the warranty repair and was told that Burritt’s would do the repair. Frigidaire scheduled the repair for a Thursday and told me to call Burritt’s. I did as they instructed. I called and left a message. They never called me back. So after a couple days I called and left a second message. Again. They never called me back. I called a ... read more
