I was disappointed with my experience at Burrito Envy. I ordered the Frito Burrito and asked the cashier if it came with tots on the side. She told me it did and even asked if I wanted a side of Envy Sauce, which I said yes to. When my food was brought out, I received the burrito and the Envy Sauce, but there were no tots. I mentioned it to my waitress, and she said she would go get them. When I went to pay, I noticed I had been charged for the tots even though I was originally told they came with the meal. Service last night was sub-par. The waiter that served us was extremely rude, and their carne asada are not what they use to be. Will not be returning.

Had it once before and it was good. Tried it again tonight, very disappointing. One of if not the worst Mexican food ive had. Street tacos had more onion then meat, fish tacos were extremely dry and over cooked. We also tried the nachos which were missing ingredients and the beef tasted old. We will not be returning.

I recently visited Burrito Envy on a very busy evening, so I understand the staff was likely dealing with a high volume of orders. That said, the experience fell extremely short of expectations. I waited about an hour for an order of three tacos, and unfortunately they arrived cold, dry, and lacking the salsa that was listed on the menu. I also waited around 20 minutes for my cocktail, a Paloma. On a positive note, the Paloma was excellent and ended up being the highlight of the meal.
