Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, and you wait an hour, like I did yesterday. Arrive 45 minutes late for your appointment, due to a late appointment at the shipper, delayed loading times and road work? $200. It’s not posted anywhere. Not on your rate sheet, the BOL, or anywhere in their building. Absolute joke. You’re real quick to take $200, but awful silent when you delay my day unloading it well after the appointment.
Good people, fast and prompt to get unloaded
A great company with friendly staff; the restroom is clean. There is no overnight parking, and it is by appointment only, but loading and unloading are fast. Shipping and receiving hours are 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM; if you arrive before your Appointment time and your load is ready, they will load or unload you early.
I was delivering a load when I had a tire blowout on the road, which caused me to arrive about two hours late. I provided the work order and explained that this was beyond my control, but no one would take it into consideration. Instead, I was charged a $200 late fee. This treatment is absolutely disrespectful and unfair. Drivers cannot control breakdowns, blowouts, accidents, or other emergencies on the road, and a little of understanding and common sense would go along way.
