Had a good experience here picking up...was given a door and loaded in 90 min Tammy in shipping is very nice and accommodating....will come for another load in future.
Broker lied about my appointment. I was told it’s 8 am but it was scheduled for 3 pm. They took me in earlier. In 7 am out by 8.45 am. Be aware if you deliver from Pilgrim Mt Pleasant TX. They told me broker lies to truckers and dispatch too often. Otherwise, very friendly people and quick unloading. I wish they had a bathroom for drivers, only portable toilets available (be prepared if you sleep by the gates lol)
Slow loading. Shift changes, smoke breaks. I've been here hundreds of times and each time they surprise me with more bs. Pray for an early appointment time or suffer. They desperately need competent staff.
