Woke up on a 10F day and my heat pump had gone out. Called Burris Heating & Cooling and he was here within a half hour. He figured out what the problem was and got my heat pump working again. Rates were reasonable as well.
Just installed my minisplit and we love it. Great attitudes Great work affordable price and done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend!!
My old ac unit quit working, they got me a quote same day, and I didn’t have to wait long after I called them to have them order what was needed for them to come out and instal the new one, had it up and running in no time, very professional and left the area cleaner then it was when they started. I highly recommend them.
After my old HVAC system died this spring, I had a complete replacement done and Burris Hearing and Cooling was the right choice. My old system had hot and cold spots, but the new system, with some ductwork changes, is doing a way better job of evenly cooling the house. Even with the extra ductwork, the price was reasonable. They communicated effectively about appointment and install times. Highly recommend!
Great experience! I’ve never had any HVAC problems so when my AC stopped working just before it started getting into the 90s I was terrified, no idea what to expect. I called in, they got me scheduled for 10 AM the NEXT DAY. When they got here the guys were very quick to figure out the problem and finished in about 30 minutes.
