I really appreciate Burris Appraisals for always being willing to work with us. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are honest, fair, knowledgeable, and good people. In my experience they always go above and beyond to make sure that the appraisal is correct and fair.

I almost never leave reviews but I feel people need to know this. I was pleased with them until they charged an extra $150 because he didn't have a tall A-Frame ladder to get into our attic so he had to come back. Seriously? Isn't that kind of your job, to have a ladder to do appraisals. Not my fault that you weren't prepared. Very frustrated and feeling walked over.

My experience with Adam of Burris Appraisals was not pleasant. He measured and calculated the square footage of my home incorrectly. He noted that we had 2-tone paint and not 3-tone paint. He also noted that we were on a slab, but we have a 4 ft crawl space with cement floors. They are honest in value and do their research on difficult properties. I can always depend on their opinions and experience.
