I saw Patrick and he was v kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. He explained everything clearly and treated me with genuine respect. I’m very grateful for his care and would highly recommend him!
Was met by a male Nurse called Patrick (Irish man just to closer identify him. If i had his surname i would have used that instead to identify him). Very rude, condescending, abused his practitioner patient power, made me feel less than and didn't focus on the fact that I had symptoms and his duty of care to treat me for me my symptoms.
