They refuse to give their patients the dignity of real human connection. I scheduled an in person appointment 3 months ago, and upon arrival I was informed that this doctor only comes into office on Tuesday and so my appointment would actually be over zoom. I am disgusted that someone who makes over $300,000 a year is too lazy to drag themselves into the office more than once a week. I am very tired

The Physician and nurse were very professional. The front office staff need training on the rules of release of information and how to request records for continuation of care. The patient should not have to arrange to get records to you. We weren't even provided a fax number to send them to even if we had obtained records. Now the Physician will be wondering why he hasn't gotten recent labs so he can order what he needs done. Based on this experience we would have been better off staying with Branson West. We shall see what... read more
