The Physician and nurse were very professional. The front office staff need training on the rules of release of information and how to request records for continuation of care. The patient should not have to arrange to get records to you. We weren't even provided a fax number to send them to even if we had obtained records. Now the Physician will be wondering why he hasn't gotten recent labs so he can order what he needs done. Based on this experience we would have been better off staying with Branson West. We shall see what... read more

Although the staff seems friendly enough my child has been seeing burrell for 2 yrs and the attitude and behavior keeps getting worse. My child receives in school counseling by 2 separate counselors however upon requesting additional services and having the ball dropped for over 9 moths when I finally get to talk to someone else about the things that haven't changed DFS shows up at my door threatening to take my child!!! I will not continue to be a cash cow for this establishment anymore!!!
