Rude front desk staff. If you have a prescription that has to be filled every single month, you would think the doctors and nurses would make that a priority. My personal experience hasn't been bad for the last 3 years besides the lack of communication. My wife was trying to get help and the Camdenton office called was very rude and told they aren't accepting new patients and she couldn't do over the phone and pretty much told her good luck on finding help.
