I received no information from Burrard ECG before my appointment, which they said was not their responsibility. That meant that when I showed up for my appointment, I did not know the date they expected me to return the monitor. As I was to be out of town, I offered to return it the day after or before. Instead, the receptionist cancelled my appointment and told me to reschedule. She was rude and surly, and took no responsibility. Had to go there for a stress test. You are there because of stress. They do ever thing they can to make you at ease. They are patient and understanding and deserve a special thank you for the work that they do.

I went to Burrard ECG to get a monitor and the tech noticed how sensitive my skin was immediately. He said he had ways to make it more comfortable for me, like avoiding the abrasion tape, etc. He also gave me some tips for while I have it on. I was so appreciative because I get so uncomfortable wearing it because of my sensitive skin. It was a small thing, but it honestly made my day having somebody make some adjustments for my comfort without me even asking.
