I’ve had to take both of my cats here on separate occasions and I’m so grateful for how attentive, caring and kind the staff are. You can tell how much pride they take in their work and they have an incredible amount of compassion for pet parents who are scared and emotional. Thank you for caring for my cats in the way you have. 🥹
I took my dog Venus to this vet twice, and both times they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with her, despite charging very high fees and running multiple tests. Every time I asked, the answer was “we don’t know,” but they would still give me alarming scenarios that only made me worry more. On the second visit, they ran eye tests and prescribed some drops “just in case,” without a clear diagnosis. These guys are so amazing with my cats. One of my cats is really nervous at the vet and they always take the time to make sure she's feeling comfortable and work with her instead of forcing her into anything. I go to them for regular vet checkups but last week Lila cut her foot and was bleeding badly so we went in for an emergency visit. They took her in immediately to stop the bleeding and were so great about updating me with everything when I had to leave her for a few hours. Great experience! Brought my hamster here for an emergency and they were very knowledgeable and kind. It's great to know that there is an emergency vet for pocket pets. Edit: Unfortunately after a month long fight, we needed to help my hamster cross the rainbow bridge.
