I am sadden to see such rude staff at a medical practice. I am another staff member at another medical centre and called to ask for a referral for a pt as it is requested by one of our specialists. Such a simple request but in return reveived rude responses. If i am from another practice and was treated like this i can imagine how you treat your pts. Very upsetting.
