My regular gp was away, and the staff at this practice kindly fitted me in. I saw Dr Lucy France. She seemed to want to get me in and out asap, and her demeanour was rude and brusque. Whether she was having a bad day or this is her regular attitude I don't know, but I wonder if she's just tired and burnt out. She certainly acted that way with me.
Dr Chung is very thorough and takes the time to fully evaluate and address my complex medical needs. I am in very safe and competent hands. Absolutely top tier practitioner.
To the ladies who take the booking who go out of the way in assisting with my bookings. I especially thank doctor Dr David Thomas he is great he takes time to talk through what’s happening and how medicine 💊 is working and always puts patient care first. Thanks David 💊🩺 also to Manny who will always assist if David is unavailable for my scripts thanks to all it takes a great team to make sure that you are able to see a doctor thanks to all. I would recommend BB Family Practice to anyone who needs a family doctor 🧑⚕️
I can't recommend Buraneer Family Practice enough! They are amazing and I feel in such good hands after having years of not so great care from another practice. DR Lucy France is my doctor, her wealth of knowledge in woman's health and her care for me over the last year with some issues I had have been fantastic. DR Lily is my 2.5 year old daughters DR and she is also amazing and makes Ella feel so comfortable so she is not afraid if we need to see the DR.
