The staff at The Oaks clinic have always been the most caring, friendly and helpful professionals led by the best in Dr Rhys. He personally helped us get Petero through a near fatal snake bite at Picton, and later the beautiful people at The Oaks helped him enjoy his old age right through to the end of his life. When it was his time, their compassion and patience with him were truly appreciated by my daughter and I. Your team is the best Dr Rhys.
Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I recently had to take my cat to the vet due to his persistent vomiting. It was a last minute appointment and they were happy to see him within 30 minutes of me calling. The vet nurses were very lovely, helping me with my baby so I could discuss my sick cat with the lovely vet, Michelle. I found Michelle so lovely and knowledgeable.
