They put the urgent care in the outpatient lab area. 1 person to check in lab and triage urgent care patients. I have been here 30 minutes, have #13 and she is checking in #6. Do not use this facility. They used to be excellent. I have used this lab for 7 years. Very disappointing!
A family member recently went to loyola urgent care because she hurt her hand/ finger. She told them it was more in her hand at the base than the finger. The x ray tech and doctor ignored her request for a new x ray that showed more of her hand, and not just her finger. No fracture was diagnosed . She continued to have pain and swelling. Was able to see a specialist and an accurate X-ray was taken that viewed where the pain and swelling was, showed a clear fracture.
