Burr Ridge Birth Center has the kindest and most knowledgeable staff I’ve ever met! I knew from the moment that I found out I was pregnant that I wanted to have a natural birth and was very interested in a water birth. This review is for the Comfort & Coping birthing class I took here with Melissa Haley as the instructor in June of 2024. I was getting ready to deliver at a hospital but was in search of a class that would help prepare my spouse to be a more active support person during labor for my second child. I had an amazing experience at the Burr Ridge Birth Center! All of the midwives were incredible—knowledgeable, kind, and truly caring throughout the entire process. I loved the focus on minimal interventions, and I always felt well-informed about every decision along the way. The team made me feel supported and empowered, and I couldn’t have asked for a better birth experience. Highly recommend
All staff from office staff to nurses to midwives are very kind, welcoming and understanding! Would 100% recommend!
What an incredible experience at the birth center. I transferred over from OB care hoping for more I individualized attention and the birth center really delivered. They were warm and welcoming, but most of all extremely knowledgeable about birth. They were encouraging throughout my prenatal visits and during labor. They created a calm and peaceful atmosphere that made my birth such an empowering experience!
