Not sure I can do a review justice about our fantastic renovation experience with Bob and team. Every member of that team delivered - from office, and project management (Nanci!), to his carpenters, and his "special" subs (Aaron!). We had a whole house remodel, first time experience for us, took just about a year from start to finish, contractor wise .) Burr Remodeling was absolutely fantastic. Brad and Team at Burr Remodeling crushed it! Everything you could possibly want in a good contractor was demonstrated - detail oriented, precision, task knowledge, time management, cleanliness, consideration, early and often communication, punctuality, reliability, and politeness. My project was a second floor bathroom reno that had some wonky challenges to it (uneven tub space, precarious hole in the wall, original to 1987) that Brad just addressed to correct the issue. I attempted to sell my parents house in the summer of 2023 and I did not get a single offer because the house was dated and only had one full bath. I took the house off the market in the Fall and brought Burr Remodeling in to take a look. They recommended updating the bathrooms and making one of the half baths to a full bath and add hard wood floors throughout the house.
