Helpful honest and professional
The service was done promptly and by someone who was knowledgeable. I was offered options, without pressure to choose any particular one, that were reasonable.
Burr Oak is very trustworthy and gets the job done at a fair price. Would trust them with any of our plumbing needs. He was able to get an impossibly clogged bathtub drain unclogged in a jiffy!
Hired Burr Oak Plumbing to remove a water softener which entailed repiping. Fair estimate. Did the work for the price given. Then I showed him an outdoor hose bib that leaked when turned on. He said replacing entire bib would be expensive, but took a look and found an internal ring gasket (?) had become loose. Tightened it and works fine. No charge. Pete is friendly and explains procedure he’s gonna do. Highly recommended Burr Oak Plumbing.
