My wife and I have lived at Burr Oak Commons since September 2021. Overall, it has been a very good experience, but over the past year the community has noticeably declined. Missy (who you'll see mentioned in many of these reviews) is no longer with Burr Oak. While Tony does a great job handling maintenance and repairs, the current staff and Treplus Communities' management don't demonstrate the same level of commitment to the residents that we experienced in the past. Nice neighborhood
Very efficient and friendly staff! Missy is the best! She planned a wonderful Kentucky Derby party for over 70 people with fun and professional decorations and tasty food.
I have been a resident of Burr Oak now for 2 years. I love living here. Missy and Toni are amazing people to work with. If you have a problem they are on it ASAP. We have so much fun with all of the activities that go on. I would highly recommend this community to anyone that is looking to downsize and not want to own a home.
