Frank the owner helped me out with everything and is a great man
Had me waiting since 11:50 just to tell me the car is not sellable. TAKE IT OFF THE SIGHT THEN! unacceptable & unbelievable. Not organized, no sales rep was inside for about 20-30 minutes. People walking in & walking out. I’m very much irritated and they don’t care about your time. They need to hire more people or something. I’ve had about 10 cars before I never been to a car place that took this long ever. It’s 1:52 I finally decided to leave after my precious time was wasted.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. Shady practices. They'll try and steal your car back and claim the finance company repoed it. I bought a car from there and not even 2 weeks I found out about 2k worth of work needed to be done. I asked if they would fix anything, they said they would but didn't do anything and tried to come up with a plan to get it back.
I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Burr Oak Auto. Jordan is a top notch salesman. He made the experience comfortable and was up front about any issues that normally come with the vehicle I bought. Nelly, although it was her first day was personable and attentive. Wish her all the best as she continues her training. The service team also was also taking care of some small issues while I was there so I could drive off the lot with my car in as good of shape as they could send it. I have been looking for a car and everywhere I went I was turned down :( I came in to Burr oak and they got me done with no issues I test drove and I was treated with respect and they made me fee like I was at home :) The whole staff was kind and very laid back not pushy. I would highly recommend them! Plus payments were so good :) Thank you guys
