Ordered tumbling media through my local distributor from Burr King and a pallet arrived at my work all shrink wrapped and appeared not damaged. The boxes on the pallet had been opened and found damaged and sizes of media all mixed together. Obviously shipping company just tried to fix the problem and wrapped it up again. Burr King just wrote it off like no big deal and left me to deal with the mess. Just received my new X400 today and I couldn’t me more pleased with its performance. I made a post about it in a lawn care forum and made friends with a long term employee of this company. They were very helpful and congratulated me on my purchase. This seems like a very well ran company! I hope they are around for many decades to come.
