I came to burnzwell because its one of the few dispensaries that carry the O-Pen Vape and the refills. Since I already had my o-pen battery, all I needed was the refill. The lady that attended me told me that all o-pen refill cartridges were recalled and sent back to the company due to a manufacture error. She said they had no idea when they would get them in.
